Key findings have revealed that effective communication, emotional support, workload, and professional training have a significant impact on the standard of care and patient outcomes. The results demonstrate the importance of nurturing empathy and trust in nurse-patient interactions, as well as implementing comprehensive approaches that address both emotional and physical needs. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the importance of institutional support and continuous education programs to enhance nursing competencies and mitigate organizational barriers.
