Qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing a life story design and a purposive sampling of eight individuals with different types of disabilities. The data were analyzed using thematic coding and grounded theory. It was found that prosocial behavior is frequent, systematic, and aimed at promoting the quality of life and inclusion of the most vulnerable in dividuals.
