Abstract
This article investigates the characteristics of resistance practices in organized collectives in local territories in Latin America, analyzing their forms, scope and challenges in order to contribute to territorial reflections and struggles in the continent. Through a case study with an interpretative approach, four organizations with extensive community trajectory were examined, identifying similarities and differences. The results highlight concepts such as re-existence, creativity, mobilization of ideas and actions, emotional stability, common stations, and the relationship between resistance, emancipation and power. It is concluded that there are new narratives, scenarios and variations in resistance practices that challenge the biopolitics deeply rooted in the territories of the continent.
