For the first time we report the presence of two species of marsh beetles of the genus Pseudomicrocara Armstrong, 1953 (Coleoptera: Scirtidae) in Chile: P. angusta Libonatti & Ruta, 2013 and P. hieroglyphica Libonatti & Ruta, 2013. Thus, the distribution of these species is extended in the Chilean subantarctic subregion. Additionally, we provided new ecological data of these species.
