Abstract
This article aims to reaffirm the relevance of a jurist as an agent of change. This, if it grants scientific-juridical foundations for a social participation, of non-visible subjects that have been silenced by a liberal ideology. From the epistemological point of view, the contributions of the paradigm of complexity are claimed; from which emerge subjects with political rights that respond to the dynamism of new needs.
