This study evaluates the psychometric properties of the Spanish version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) in a Chilean male sample. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the 5-factor structure was confirmed. The scale demonstrated reliability, criterion validity, and measurement invariance across relationship status and generational cohorts. Findings support the IIEF’s use in South American clinical and research settings for assessing male sexual function and dysfunction.
