—There is a growing need to incorporate ICT in teaching-learning processes, especially in higher education. In this context, Learning Objects (LO) gain great relevance, being resources created for multiple learning needs, that optimize the process with different applications. The article reports the usage and level of acceptance of the LO by students of higher education. The work methodology used was presented in a sequential manner, and it was divided into: (i) hypothesis proposal, (ii) development of LO, (iii) documentation and (iv) analysis of results. Our results show that the efficient and effective use of the LO depends to a large extent on the level of appropriation presented by the students of the subject. It is a creative and relevant proposal to motivate learning processes in higher education, by becoming a components enhancer of the contents from the perspective of pedagogical and technological knowledg
